I stayed for two nights to visit some of the historical sites around the city, which was quite enjoyable. The location is quite convenient, being just a short walk away from attractions like the Clock Tower Monument and the Plaza Santo Domingo. I appreciated that the staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which definitely added a positive touch to our experience.

Rooms looked better in pictures. They’re small without windows, and noise from the common area disrupts sleep. Cleanliness issues were consistent, with unclean bathrooms and an unpleasant lack of maintenance, including visible mold in the shower area and insects appearing from a hole in the floor.

The room was super small, like a matchbox, which was a bit cramped for us. Cleanliness was an issue too. we found long black hair in the bed from a previous guest. But the staff were really great—super kind and always ready to help. The location was a definite plus, just a short walk to the historic center. For the price, I guess it balances out, but I wish the room had been a bit bigger and cleaner.

The staff was fantastic, very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were plentiful, offering good variety, which I personally appreciated.
